My comments here are going to be mostly about my purchase experience with AGS and my recieved items since using my Air Saber will wait until I visit a freind's rural location.

Excellent price! Excellent service! Delivered early and well packed! Very happy with this purchase of the Umarex Air Saber and scope combo. I really appreciate Travis who was friendly and patient and made my first ever online purchase a very good experience.

So, how well does it work? I have used a friend's and was impressed with ease of use and power. I have not used mine yet due to living within city limits, and the most appropriate place for me to use it will be at my friend's rural property, I will update my review if there is any issues; if you don't see an update then consider everything went well.

Out of the box Air Saber; mine appears in perfect condition. Mine came out of the box partially filled with air, I think this is a good thing and necessary to keep seals from shrinking. The scope is a 'crossbow' type with four horizontal reticles for ranging, appears to be a 'budget' crossbow scope. All included items expected were present and in good condition.

A comment based on seeing reviews that might interest anyone unfamiliar with these: It is advertised to be useful out to seventy yards, YT videos show a shooter popping a balloon at 107 yards. I am not a hunter and will use this for target only, but I think it makes sense to keep hunting with the Air Saber to fifty yards or less. The reason I am guessing that is due to the level of sound produced by the airbow and the speed of the arrow means an animal may have time to react or vacate and that could cause you to miss your intended POI, or miss altogether - I'm not a hunter so other people may have had good success at longer ranges.

Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase of the Air Saber and some pellets (all well packed and undamaged) and airgun maintenece items. I expect to place another order soon.

I have shot over 30 arrows with the Airsaber so far, and I love this gun. Powerful, accurate, with tight groupings. Anything less than 10 yards and the arrow almost completely penetrates the archery block. I plan to do some small game hunting soon.

Absolutely love the Airsaber, I have a Block brand shooting block that is rated for 450 fps that I use for my crossbow, this airsaber sinks the first 10 shots or so on a fresh air fill right up to the fetching. This has tons of power, and has consistent grouping. Awesome airbow.
