Delivery Method & Timing
We offer Canada Post and UPS shipping methods.
*Same Day Shipping - Orders placed before 2:00pm will be shipped that day - This does not mean same day delivery.
In some cases orders will be shipped the following business day.
Upon checkout you select your preferred shipping method and service.
All orders are shipped same day or the following business day in most circumstances. (Firearms or high value products may take a couple extra days to process the order as we do like to test and leak test PCP airguns)
Delivery time depends on the service selected but generally between 1-7 business days for arrival.
Multiple Shipments (Orders)
Multiple orders placed will be treated as separate shipments and shipped separately unless otherwise specified.
All orders will be shipped with the standard $100 insurance coverage. We highly recommend purchasing the full insurance option for $10.
Full Coverage Shipping Insurance
In the rare event that a item is damaged or lost you will only be covered for standard $100 if full coverage is not selected.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All items that are in un-opened and un-used condition are eligible for a 30 day money back guarantee. Open packages will be accepted on a per case basis and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Opened or used ammunition, CO2 and firearm rated airguns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please follow manufacturer's instructions in the case of a defective product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 611 Neal Drive Peterborough Ontario CA K9J 6X7.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
